MOD Pizza, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Shift Supervisor to lead the operation during assigned shifts and mentor new hires. You will drive guest experiences, uphold MOD standards, and model MOD’s culture while supporting management with daily tasks.

A valid food safety certification and the ability to handle peak shifts are required. The role emphasizes deploying the right squad, managing daily operations, and maintaining a positive, inclusive environment where every team member contributes to

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven ability to mentor, train, or lead informally.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions under pressure.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Follow and coach to processes and standards; provide constructive feedback.
• Calm presence during high volume periods.
• Obtain food safety and/or alcohol certification within 30 days where required by law.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work at least 3 shifts and 18 hours weekly, including peak times.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift to ensure guests are welcomed and operations run smoothly.
• Train newly hired or promoted team members and support new programs.
• Maintain restaurant systems and equipment (online ordering, catering, fundraising, review systems).
• Ensure food safety practices in Back of House and Front of House.
• Address squad and guest concerns; escalate when needed.
• Manage cash within the shift, including making change and refunds.
• Take inventory and place orders as needed with GM support.
• Follow shift checklists and use tools to complete tasks on time.
• Stay updated on information from Slice and other sources for the squad.
