Job summary

Taco Bell in Overland Park, KS is seeking a Shift Manager to lead restaurant operations during on-duty hours and deliver 5-star customer service.

As MIC, you will coach team members, supervise daily tasks, and uphold company policies while driving service standards, safety, and efficiency.

This role requires 18+, a background check, and ability to obtain SERVSAFE certification; on-site work with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Preferred 6 months to 1 year of restaurant leadership experience.
• Health Card per state or local requirements.
• Basic math and reading proficiency.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must pass Criminal Background Check.
• Ability to obtain SERVSAFE Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star service to customers and ensure satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members on shift.
• Develop team through training and constructive feedback.
• Serve as MIC and ensure adherence to policies and standards.
• Assist with restaurant financial goals and daily operations.
• Communicate issues and updates to upper management.
