• Drive local marketing and recruiting efforts.
• Coach and develop team, including kitchen and service staff.
• Handle cash procedures and deposits.
• Ensure Steps of Service and P.E.A.K.S. standards are followed.
• Recruit Twin Peaks Girls meeting audition guidelines.
