Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience in high-volume restaurants and/or bars.
• Ability to manage costs, scheduling, and training.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; Spanish helpful.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of store employees to provide best-in-class service and hospitality.
• Uphold cleanliness standards per Health Code and QA checks.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service in accordance with the law.
• Drive sales through operations, local store marketing, and recruiting efforts.
• Coach and develop team members including kitchen staff and Twin Peaks Girls.
