Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience in high-volume restaurants and/or bars.
• Ability to effectively communicate in the English language. Spanish communication skills are extremely helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic, guest-centered environment and coach frontline staff.
• Uphold health code standards and quality assurance checks.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and comply with laws.
• Drive sales through operations, local marketing, and recruiting.
• Manage cash handling, drawers, employee checkouts, and deposits.
• Address discrimination/harassment issues per policy and maintain a respectful workplace.
• Recruit and cast Twin Peaks Girls meeting audition guidelines.
• Ensure Steps of Service and PEAKS service to every table.
• Maintain training schedules, staff development, and scheduling efficiency.
• Oversee inventory control and professional dress/behavior standards.
