Bandana’s Bar-B-Q in Missouri is seeking a Full-Time Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, uphold Food Safety standards, and deliver an outstanding guest experience. You’ll oversee food production, guest satisfaction, sanitation, and staff training, with a focus on cost control and service excellence.

With a minimum of two years as a Restaurant Manager and a ServSafe certification, you’ll direct teams, manage inventories, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in all areas of restaurant operations.
• ServSafe certification required and a valid driver's license.
• Strong guest service focus and ability to manage staff and operations.
• Basic computer skills, motivational leadership, and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure menu items are prepared to recipe specifications and presented well.
• Forecast food production and manage stock to maintain quality and freshness.
• Lead shifts in absence of GM/AGM and create a guest-friendly environment.
• Ensure customers are acknowledged and complaints are resolved to satisfaction.
• Oversee training programs and staff development; manage daily paperwork and cash controls.
• Monitor labor, food, and operating costs to improve profitability.
• Recruit staff as needed and ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
