Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to guide the team in delivering a top guest experience while upholding quality, safety, and cleanliness standards. You’ll lead by example, communicate expectations, and drive performance across service, operations and financial metrics.

Ideal candidates excel in leadership, coaching others, and maintaining high integrity with customers. A reliable vehicle, ServSafe certification, and physical stamina are required.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certification or capable of obtaining certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Able to stand for 8–10 hours.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Climb ladders for general maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests.
• Hire, train & coach the team.
• Utilize AES Systems to run a great restaurant each shift, every day.
• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory.
• Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
