Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to guide the team and deliver a positive guest experience, upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness.

You will hire, train, coach, and manage operations, cash handling, inventory, and strive for service excellence within a goal-oriented culture. Must have ServSafe or be eligible for certification and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certification or capable of obtaining certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance.
