Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience in high-volume restaurants and/or bars.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of other store employees to create a profitable store environment with best-in-class service, hospitality, and food/bev.
• Recruit and cast Twin Peaks Girls per audition guidelines and standards.
• Ensure Steps of Service are followed and drive PEAKS service at every table.
• Manage costs and coordinate local store marketing and recruiting efforts.
• Maintain training programs and inventory controls; ensure policies are followed.
• Uphold health code standards and ensure safe alcohol service.
