Job summary

Twin Peaks Restaurants is seeking a General Manager in Louisville, KY to direct store staff and maintain a profitable, guest-focused environment. The role emphasizes leadership, staffing, and compliance with policies, including employment and incident documentation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of other store employees to create a profitable store environment with best-in-class service, hospitality, and food and beverage.
• Drive sales by coordinating operations, local store marketing, and recruiting efforts.
• Coach, train, and develop team members including kitchen staff and Twin Peaks Girls.
• Recruit and cast Twin Peaks Girls meeting audition guidelines.
• Ensure Steps of Service are followed and provide PEAKS service to every table.
