Job summary

This role involves coaching front-line staff, managing schedules, and ensuring safety and compliance with health codes. You will partner with the General Manager to execute local marketing and recruitment efforts.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience in high-volume restaurants and/or bars.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English; Spanish helpful.
• Must complete Twin Peaks manager training and other required trainings.

Responsibilities
