Qualifications

• Experience leading high-volume restaurants.
• Ability to recruit and cast Twin Peaks Girls per guidelines.
• Strong English communication; Spanish/Creole helpful.
• Proven ability to manage costs, scheduling and training programs.
• Must attend orientation and Twin Peaks Manager training.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of store employees to ensure profitable operations and best-in-class service.
• Lead and coach team members, including kitchen crew and Twin Peaks Girls.
• Recruit, audition, and cast Twin Peaks Girls per standards.
• Ensure Steps of Service are followed and drive PEAKS service at every table.
• Oversee cash handling, drawer assignments, and bank deposits.
• Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards and inventory control.
• Drive local marketing efforts and cross-functional teamwork to boost sales.
• Provide training and development, and manage shift changes and coaching.
• Address discrimination or harassment per policy and escalate when needed.
