Qualifications

• Residential electrical service experience preferred.
• Journeyman Electrician License or equivalent trade experience preferred.
• Prior field leadership, supervisor, or management experience preferred.
• Strong ability to coach, mentor, and hold technicians accountable.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential service technicians and apprentices in the field, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to standards.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to technicians on technical skills, customer interaction, service options, and performance.
• Coach technicians on selling options, explain recommendations, and build customer trust to meet sales and profitability goals.
