Quality Service Today is seeking an experienced Residential Electrical Service Manager to lead our growing electrical division. This role will coach technicians, drive revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, and build a high-performance team culture.

If you're currently a Service Manager or Field Supervisor ready for the next step, we'd like to talk. The position includes base salary of 75,000 to 95,000 plus bonuses, benefits, and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in residential electrical service.
• Proven ability to coach and develop field technicians.
• Strong understanding of residential electrical service operations.
• Experience managing schedules, performance, and team accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of residential electricians.
• Conduct ride-alongs and field training to improve technician performance.
• Monitor KPIs and department goals.
• Drive revenue growth while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Support recruiting, hiring, and onboarding efforts.
• Ensure technicians follow company processes and standards.
• Work closely with ownership to achieve department growth objectives.

Quality Service Today is seeking an experienced Residential Electrical Service Manager to lead our growing electrical division. This is an opportunity for a proven leader who knows how to coach technicians, drive revenue, improve customer satisfaction, and build a winning team culture.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

Required

• 3+ years of leadership experience in residential electrical service
• Proven ability to coach and develop field technicians
• Strong understanding of residential electrical service operations
• Experience managing schedules, performance, and team accountability
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred

• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar service management software
• Experience managing technician KPIs and revenue goals
• Electrical license or advanced electrical field experience
• Experience recruiting and building high-performing teams
