Qualifications

• Journeyman or Master Electrician license required.
• 5+ years of residential electrical experience.

• Experience with scheduling software and service management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of the electrical department.
• Recruit, interview, hire, train, and mentor electricians and apprentices.
• Conduct ride-alongs, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
• Monitor revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Schedule workloads to maximize efficiency and service demand.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Address customer concerns and resolve escalated issues.
• Collaborate with dispatch and other departments for smooth operations.
• Develop processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Lead team meetings and ongoing technical and sales training.
• Review quality, callbacks, and warranty work for improvements.
• Prepare KPIs reports and present results to leadership.
