Qualifications

• Strong background in residential electrical service and troubleshooting.

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of residential electrical service technicians.
• Provide hands-on technical support, troubleshooting, and job evaluation in the field.
• Assist with pricing, estimating, and service recommendations.
• Ensure work meets code, safety standards, and quality expectations.
• Oversee daily service operations with dispatch and admin staff.
• Coach technicians on service communication and ethical sales.
• Review jobs for scope, pricing, and profitability.
• Handle escalations and technical customer concerns.
• Monitor service performance metrics and drive revenue and margin gains.
• Maintain service vehicles, tools, and materials; ensure job readiness.
• Maintain accurate documentation using company software.
