Job summary

Hi Power Electric is seeking a Community Manager to oversee residential project coordination, customer engagement and field team leadership across multiple communities. This hands-on role combines management expertise with deep knowledge of residential electrical service delivery to ensure quality, safety and on-time performance.

You will hold a valid Residential Wireman license, have 4+ years of residential electrical experience and 3+ years of supervising personnel post-license.

Qualifications

• Requires valid Residential Wireman License.
• Experience leading residential electrical crews and coordinating field teams.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and local residential codes.
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Excellent communication with homeowners, GC's and inspectors.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential service operations across assigned communities.
• Oversee scheduling, quality control and performance evaluations.
• Ensure all work meets NEC and local codes.
• Read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Provide 24/7 on-call warranty support and client liaison.
