Job summary

Church Plumbing & Heating is seeking a hands-on leader to launch and scale a new residential electrical division. You will own budgeting, scheduling, service quality, and safety while building a high-performing team of electricians.

Must have a Master Electrician license or be ready to sit for the exam; a driver’s license is required and you’ll lead day-to-day operations and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Licensed Master Electrician with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to build and scale a division.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Launch, build, and scale residential electrical division.
• Drive strategic growth and profitability with leadership.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, service quality, safety & compliance.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of electricians.
• Manage tools, fleet, inventory, and operational resources.
• Provide hands-on leadership—coaching and inspecting.
