Job summary

You’ll support sales conversations, assist with quoting, and stay close to customer needs while technicians perform the actual quotes. The role is on-site with regular travel to service areas.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of business management experience, ideally in electrical or home services.
• 2–3 years of hands-on electrical experience to lead skilled trades.
• Strong track record of hiring, coaching and accountability.
• Familiarity with Service Titan is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead four technician crews across service areas, ensuring performance and accountability.
• Handle day-to-day scheduling, dispatching, and bench building for technicians.
• Support quoting during sales conversations and attend ride-alongs when needed.
• Serve as the go-to operations lead and decision maker on issues.
