Job summary

Workiva is seeking a Lead Renewal Operations professional to own and optimize high-volume, low-touch renewal processes across distributor, marketplace, and partner-supported portfolios. This hands-on role focuses on executing renewals while continuously improving workflows.

You will partner with Renewals, Partner teams, Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, Legal, and Operations to resolve blockers, design scalable processes, and implement AI-assisted automation to reduce manual effort.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
6+ years in Renewal Operations, Revenue Operations, or related B2B SaaS roles.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day management of distributor, marketplace, partner-supported, and other long-tail renewal portfolios.
Ensure renewals are created, maintained, and progressed through the workflow in a timely, accurate manner.
Monitor expirations, stalled renewals, missing partner actions, aging opportunities and related risks.
Collaborate with Renewal Managers, Partner teams, Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, Legal and Operations to move renewals forward.
Design, document, and improve scalable renewal workflows, including AI-assisted automation.
Identify gaps, bottlenecks, data quality issues, and recurring blockers; propose improvements.
