Job summary

Eve is seeking a renewal operations professional to own the renewals workflow, drive automation, and partner with the Renewals Team Lead to optimize enterprise retention. You’ll leverage AI to accelerate research, drafting, and forecasting while coordinating with CS, deal desk, and Finance.

As the first renewal hire, you’ll ramp into account ownership and progressively lead A2 renewals and escalations, shaping Eve's renewal function and roadmap for scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Process oriented with ability to manage multiple pieces without losing track.
• Strong commercial instincts for pricing, objections, and terms.
• Clear and compelling written and verbal communication.
• Ambitious to grow into broader scope over time.
• Comfort with SaaS tools and CRM platforms.
• Interest in AI-enabled customer-facing workflows.
• Curiosity about how legal teams practice law.

Responsibilities

• Own the Ops Layer of Renewals: auto-renewal processing, forecast hygiene, audits.
• Partner on the Scaled Renewal Motion to maintain high retention.
• Support Enterprise Renewal Strategy with data pulls and briefs.
• Ramp into A2 coverage and lead complex renewals.
• Contribute to roadmaps, playbooks, and tooling for renewals.
• Collaborate with GTM teams for clean handoffs and rapid paper flow.
• Apply AI tooling to research, drafting, forecasting, and outreach.
