Job summary

Workiva Inc. is seeking a Lead Renewal Operations (Scaled) to own and optimize high-volume renewal motions across distributors, partners and AWS-related renewals. You will drive operational execution, design scalable processes, and partner with Renewal Managers, Sales, Finance, Legal and Operations to move renewals forward.

The role emphasizes automation, data quality, dashboards, and continuous improvement, with remote US work options and collaboration across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of experience in Renewal Operations or related B2B SaaS roles.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational management of renewal portfolios across distributors, marketplace-related, partner-supported, and other long-tail renewals.
• Ensure renewal opportunities are created, maintained, and progressed through workflows.
• Monitor expirations, stalled renewals, missing partner actions, aging opportunities and risks.
