Job summary

Outreach’s Renewals team drives customer value by managing renewals for our existing customer base in a hybrid Atlanta role. You’ll collaborate with Account Managers to execute renewals, build save plans when at risk, and maintain accurate forecasts and CRM records.

AI signals help identify renewal risks and guide conversations for retention and growth. The role emphasizes process design, data-driven insights, and cross-functional partnership to protect recurring revenue and improve the customer

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a SaaS environment.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Curious about AI and eager to apply it practically.

Responsibilities

• Renewal Execution: manage renewal notifications and communications at key milestones.
• Save Motion: partner with Sales, Revenue Ops, and Support to save renewals when at risk.
• Forecasting and Reporting: maintain forecast accuracy and renewal risk indicators.
• Process and Program Design: design and iteratively improve renewal workflows.
