Job summary

Ping Identity in Colorado is seeking a Senior Renewals Operations Manager to lead the renewal operating model redesign, governance, and AI-enabled improvements. You will partner with Renewals, Customer Success, Sales, Finance, Data & Analytics, and Information Systems to drive renewal execution and forecasting enhancements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Renewals Operations.
• Demonstrated success leading process redesign and operational transformation.
• Strong aptitude for reporting and analytics, with metrics and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own and continually improve the end-to-end renewal operating model, including workflows, handoffs, playbooks, governance, and cadences.
• Map current-state processes, identify bottlenecks and gaps, and design scalable new workflows.
• Lead cross-functional process changes from discovery through implementation, adoption, and measurement.
• Establish ownership, service expectations, documentation, and success metrics for renewal processes.
• Build change-management plans to help teams adopt new processes and execute them consistently.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive work and reduce renewal friction.
