Job summary

Knock is seeking a hands-on Manager, Account Executives to lead a fully remote team of Account Executives across the United States. You will coach, inspect the pipeline, and ensure monthly targets for leads and loan applications are met.

You will position the Knock Bridge Loan, maintain MLM data hygiene, and collaborate with Lending Operations and Underwriting to keep applications moving. This is a fully remote role with strong compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading remote sales teams.
• Proven quota ownership and coaching skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own team targets for leads and loan applications.
• Coach through 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and live calls.
• Maintain pipeline accuracy and data hygiene in MLM.
• Onboard and ramp new AEs on a defined timeline.
• Interview and hire Account Executives and build pipelines.
• Represent Knock to partners and handle objections.
