• Enter and audit registration data in the system; obtain consent and authorization forms.
• Review insurance eligibility and interpret coverage for service rendered.
• Support QA initiatives and provide training for registrars.
• Assist with patient payments counseling and financial obligations.
• Escalate complex issues to management and participate in reporting.
