Job summary

Harnham, a global leader in Data & AI recruitment, is expanding its Phoenix operation and seeking an experienced Lead Recruitment Consultant / Sourcing Manager. This hands-on, player-coach role offers 80% billing and 20% leadership as you scale the team.

You will own and grow a high-performing candidate delivery desk, work with our Business Development team on active client requirements, and mentor a growing team while driving personal billings.

Qualifications

• Proven agency recruitment experience with a strong personal billing track record.
• Expertise in candidate sourcing, delivery, and closing.
• Previous mentoring, coaching, or leadership experience.
• A commercially driven, hands-on approach with a passion for developing others.
• Experience within Data, AI, Technology, or specialist recruitment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a high-performing candidate delivery desk across specialist Data & AI markets.
• Work on active client requirements alongside our dedicated Business Development team.
• Manage the full candidate lifecycle, from sourcing and qualification through offer negotiation and placement.

Over the past year, we've continued to build our Phoenix operation, expanding our team, strengthening client relationships, and creating new opportunities across our specialist markets. This is a hands-on, player-coach opportunity (80% billing / 20% leadership) designed for a high-performing recruiter who wants to maximize personal earnings while building their leadership career.

With established client relationships, active vacancies, and a dedicated Business Development team generating new opportunities, you'll have the infrastructure to focus on what you do best: making placements, generating revenue, and developing a high-performing team.
