Job summary

Harnham, a global leader in Data & AI recruitment, is expanding its Phoenix operation and seeking an experienced Lead Recruitment Consultant / Sourcing Manager. This hands-on, player-coach role offers 80% billing and 20% leadership as you scale the team.

You will own and grow a high-performing candidate delivery desk, work with our Business Development team on active client requirements, and mentor a growing team while driving personal billings.

Qualifications

• Proven agency recruitment experience with a strong personal billing track record.
• Expertise in candidate sourcing, delivery, and closing.
• Previous mentoring, coaching, or leadership experience.
• A commercially driven, hands-on approach with a passion for developing others.
• Experience within Data, AI, Technology, or specialist recruitment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a high-performing candidate delivery desk across specialist Data & AI markets.
• Work on active client requirements alongside our dedicated Business Development team.
• Manage the full candidate lifecycle, from sourcing and qualification through offer negotiation and placement.
• Coach, mentor, and develop a growing team of delivery-focused consultants.
• Drive personal billings while helping shape the future of our expanding Phoenix operation.
