Location: Portland, OR

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 100% Onsite | Standard Business Hours

Salary: $85,000-$105,000 annually

Travel: Approximately 15-25%

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced talent acquisition professional to serve as a strategic partner to HR and business leaders across a multi-location organization. This role combines hands-on recruiting with workforce planning, sourcing strategy, recruiting analytics, and process improvement.

The ideal candidate is comfortable managing difficult searches, engaging passive talent, and partnering with leaders in a fast-paced operational environment.

What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional, exempt, and leadership-level positions.
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates for difficult-to-fill roles.
• Partner with HR and hiring leaders to understand current and future workforce needs.
• Build proactive talent pipelines and targeted sourcing strategies.
• Analyze recruiting data, market trends, and pipeline performance to recommend solutions.
• Advise hiring managers on interviewing, selection, offers, and recruiting best practices.
• Support complex offers, negotiations, and candidate closing.
• Help improve recruiting processes, employer branding, and the overall candidate experience.
• Maintain recruiting and employment compliance throughout the hiring process.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of progressive recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably supporting multiple locations.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS systems, recruiting metrics, and social media sourcing.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience with professional and leadership-level positions.
• Strong direct sourcing and passive candidate engagement skills.
• Experience recruiting challenging or hard-to-fill positions.
• Ability to develop recruiting strategies, talent pipelines, and workforce plans.
• Experience using recruiting data and market insights to drive recommendations.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and consultative skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Ability to travel 15-25%.
