LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a client in Fairfield, Ohio to recruit a Contract Recruiter. This role handles sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates for various positions in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has experience in recruiting, managing multiple requisitions, and building talent pipelines while ensuring a positive candidate experience. First shift, contract position with pay range $55,000-$65,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or HR.
• Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing and candidate relationship skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer stage.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct phone screens and candidate interviews.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and hiring team communication.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track recruiting activity and provide updates on hiring progress.

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with one of our clients in the Fairfield, Ohio area to recruit a Contract Recruiter. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiting professional who enjoys building relationships, managing full-cycle recruiting efforts, and helping organizations attract top talent.

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates for a variety of positions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple requisitions.

What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer stage
