Behavioral Innovations – Chantilly Treatment Center is seeking a Clinical Trainer / Lead RBT to train new and existing staff under the supervision of BCBAs, ensuring training milestones and BACB standards are met.

You will collaborate clinically with BCBAs, oversee Therapy Teams, and guarantee progress for each child. The role requires at least one year in ABA, RBT certification (RBT IV or higher preferred), and strong organizational and training skills.

Qualifications

• One year of early intervention ABA experience
• Leadership experience supervising employees
• Current RBT certification
• RBT IV or higher
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Willingness to train others
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Train clinical staff with direct coordination and oversight from BCBAs
• Ensure training milestones and clinical expectations are achieved
• Collaborate clinically with BCBAs to ensure Therapy Teams operate effectively
• Guarantee training for BTs and RBTs according to BACB standards
• Complete all training milestones as specified
