• Notifies patients of scheduled procedures and provides location, time and prep details.
• Maintains scheduling systems and collects patient data across multiple applications.
• Registers patients and ensures demographic data accuracy.
• Communicates daily schedules and updates staff with changes.
• Trains schedulers in collaboration with the manager/advisor.
