Job summary

Isotrol is seeking a Sales Engineer to lead the Proposal team in Latin America and support the sales team in growing the client portfolio.

The role requires at least 5 years in a bidding department, a relevant engineering degree, and strong knowledge in Renewable Energy with SCADA exposure. Remote work is available after onboarding, with flexible hours and a multicultural team environment.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a bidding department.
Education in Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
Experience in Renewable Energy, ideally SCADA.
Technical knowledge: electrical panels, weather stations, communication panels, RAC, servers.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
English: B2-C1 (test will be performed at interview).

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Sales Engineering and Bidding team in Latin America.
Collaborate with the Global Head of Proposal in Spain.
Analyze RFPs, technical specifications, and client requirements to craft bid strategies.
Prepare, review, and optimize budgets, economic evaluations and proposals.
Coordinate and submit all technical, administrative, and economic bid documentation.
Follow up on proposals, clarify technically, and support negotiations until award.
Coordinate with Legal and Purchasing on contract terms and procurement strategies.
Establish bid timelines, manage resources, and report to global leadership.
