Job summary

CEG Solutions is seeking a Proposal Manager to lead the development of competitive proposals for sustainability-focused energy infrastructure projects across the United States. This remote role requires coordinating a diverse, cross-time zone team and delivering clear, compelling responses to complex RFPs.

The candidate will write and edit technical sections, synthesize information from multiple sources, and ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years experience in A|E|C industries, ESCOs/Energy Performance Contracting preferred.
• At least 3 years as a writer on technical proposals.
• Strong analytical skills to understand and write about complex engineering topics.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with sustainable energy solutions.

Responsibilities

• Write proposal content including technical sections for a sustainable engineering solutions firm.
• Author technical solutions for mechanical, HVAC, electrical, distributed energy, lighting, solar, or plumbing areas.
• Review and edit sections drafted by other contributors.
• Synthesize raw content into cohesive, comprehensive passages.
• Ensure final submission complies with company standards.
