Job summary

ARC Energy is seeking a detail‑oriented Rotating Equipment Lead Engineer to support the sales team, manage vendor quotes, and drive opportunities in gas compression, power generation, and pumps. You will cradle‑to‑grave ownership of projects, coordinate with project managers, and ensure accurate data in the CRM and document repositories.

You’ll act as SME for compression and power generation projects, perform calculations per industry standards, and build proposals from vendor quotes.

Qualifications

• Strong organization, accountability, ownership, integrity, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and grow, team oriented and proactive.
• Knowledge of compression equipment standards and vendor processes.
• Ability to travel up to 20% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Reps on quotes and opportunities.
• Generate proposals for rotating equipment from vendor quotes.
• Maintain accurate records and update Quickbase with quotes and jobs.
• Lead cradle-to-grave ownership of rotating equipment projects as SME.
• Coordinate with vendors and customers to gather information and quotes.
• Provide weekly updates on opportunities and proposals.
