Job summary

Blueprint-Automation is seeking an Applications Engineer for a remote US-based role with travel up to 15%. The position will collaborate with Latin American and Mexico Sales Teams and/or local partners, preparing proposals, maintaining CRM, and consulting with engineering on non-standard applications.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in electrical or mechanical design, fluency in Spanish and English, and AutoCAD/MS Office proficiency; Portuguese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical design, mechanical design, or related discipline.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English required; Portuguese is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals and technical documents for prospective clients, including design, pricing, and customer specifications.
• Daily maintenance of CRM.
• Consult with engineering for non-standard applications.
• Communicate with customers and suppliers.
• Optimize product lines for cost and technical performance; research new technologies.
• Review customer specifications and represent BPA at industry trade shows.
