Bigos Management Inc. is seeking a Property Manager for The Whit & Ridgewood Arches in Minneapolis, MN. The role oversees leasing, collections, resident relations, and maintenance while leading site staff to achieve company goals.

The position requires 3–5 years of management experience (PM experience preferred), strong communication skills, and proficiency with Yardi and Microsoft Office. On-site work with competitive pay and benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED; degree in Property Management preferred.
• Experience: 3–5 years in management; 1–2 years as Property Manager or supervisory role preferred.
• Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook; Yardi Software highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing activity to maximize occupancy.
• Supervise move-in/move-out, turnover schedule and inspections.
• Review property assets and maintenance programs with roving team.
• Develop relationships with residents, vendors and site team.
• Supervise property employees with coaching, development and training.
• Ensure safety program compliance and fair housing laws.
