Job summary

Whitecap Management, part of Doran Companies, is seeking a Property Manager to drive occupancy, budgeting, and leasing success in the Southwest Metro Area of Minnesota. You will lead a team, implement cost-control programs, and develop annual operating budgets and marketing plans to meet ownership goals.

The role requires multifamily experience, strong leadership, and a commitment to resident service. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to act independently and make decisions with minimal oversight.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Act with integrity and possess strong leadership qualities.
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
• Available to work weekends when necessary.
• Prior multifamily property management experience or similar.
• High school diploma and valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high occupancy through resident retention initiatives.
• Report on market trends; make pricing strategy recommendations.
• Lead leasing and employer relations within the community.
• Understand financial goals; assist in budgeting.
• Maintain monthly variances and narratives; report findings.
• Ensure rents are collected on time and posted.
• Ensure leases and paperwork are accurately input into systems.
