BIGOS MANAGEMENT is seeking a Property Manager to oversee all operational and financial aspects of Regency Woods in Minnetonka. You will focus on leasing activity, resident relations, maintenance coordination, and ensuring compliance with safety programs and company policies.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 3–5 years of management experience (property management preferred), proficiency with Microsoft Office and Yardi, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degree in Property Management preferred.
• 3–5 years of management experience, with property management preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi software highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing activity to maximize occupancy.
• Supervise move-in/move-out, turnover schedules, and inspections.
• Coordinate maintenance with roving team and vendors.
• Develop relationships with residents, vendors, and staff.
• Attend trainings and meetings.
