Job summary

Halverson and Blaiser Group, Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support daily operations across marketing, leasing, maintenance and administration for our Minnesota communities.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in property management, tax credit compliance experience, and proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook; Yardi knowledge is preferred. Roles include lease enforcement and resident relations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in property management.
• Tax credit compliance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Yardi software preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager with daily operations.
• Support marketing, administration, leasing and tenant relations.
• Monitor ads, conduct walk-throughs and coordinate move-ins/turns.
• Maintain records, reporting and vendor supervision.
• Address resident concerns and enforce lease and policies.
• Prepare documents and manage payments in resident files.
