Job summary

Bigos Management, Inc. is seeking a Property Manager for The Whit & Ridgewood Arches in Minneapolis, MN. You will oversee leasing activity, supervise move-ins/outs, and manage financial performance while upholding safety and company policies.

You will lead a team, ensure compliance with fair housing laws, and build relationships with residents and vendors. A strong operational background and familiarity with Yardi are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degree in Property Management preferred.
• 3–5 years of management experience; property management experience preferred.
• 1–2 years as a Property Manager or supervisory role preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with Yardi Software highly preferred.
• CRM designation preferred; Real Estate Licenses must not be active while in this role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the site's leasing activity to maximize occupancy.
• Supervise move-in/move-out, create turnover schedule, conduct inspections, coordinate work.
• Regularly review assets, monitor Preventative Maintenance, work with maintenance teams.
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, vendors, and staff.
• Attend required trainings and meetings.
