Job summary

Greystar in Minneapolis is seeking a property manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations of a multifamily community, lead the onsite team, and drive financial and tenant satisfaction goals.

You will develop budgets, set rent strategies, manage invoicing and vendor relations, and ensure compliance with housing laws while maintaining high standards of service and teamwork. The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and hands‑on supervision to optimize occupancy, revenue, and maintenance quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4‑6 years minimum of relevant experience that demonstrates property management, sales, marketing, and customer service background to manage day‑to‑day operation of an apartment community.

Responsibilities
