Job summary

Premier Housing Management seeks a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of multiple apartment communities. You will lead staff, manage budgets, ensure occupancy and rent collections, and maintain compliance with laws and regulations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong marketing/leasing skills, and proficiency with Yardi and Microsoft Office. This is a full-time, on-site position in Minneapolis-Saint Paul, MN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four years experience in property management, business or real estate.
• Knowledge of government subsidy programs.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft, Outlook and Excel.
• Experience in leasing and staff supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property budgets and meet financial deadlines.
• Achieve occupancy and rent collection targets.
• Assist with annual property budget preparation.
• Review invoices and manage payments.
• Oversee vendor bids and capital projects.
• Supervise staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and Fair Housing adherence.
• Provide excellent resident relations and service.
