Job summary

Bigos Management, Inc. at Regency Woods in Minnetonka, MN is seeking a Property Manager to oversee all operational and financial aspects of the property, driving leasing, collections, resident relations, maintenance and safety compliance.

You will lead the site team and ensure alignment with company standards. The role requires 3–5 years of management experience in property management, proficiency with Yardi, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degree in Property Management preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of management experience; property management experience preferred.
• Experience with Yardi software highly preferred; CRM designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site's leasing activity to maximize occupancy.
• Supervise move-in/move-out process and turnover scheduling.
• Monitor property assets and preventative maintenance in coordination with roving maintenance team.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, vendors, and site team.
• Ensure compliance with safety programs, laws, and company policies.
