Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is hiring a Property Manager to oversee financial performance, leasing programs, and resident relations across its communities. The role requires leadership of onsite staff and strict adherence to budgets and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in onsite property management, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Yardi or similar PM software. Flexible weekends and travel within communities may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of onsite property management experience including leasing and bookkeeping.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic accounting software.
• Exposure to property management software; Yardi experience a plus.
• Ability to review, understand and report financial information; budgeting experience.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines; flexible schedule including weekends.
• Must be able to tour the community, including stairs, with clients; valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the property’s financial performance, rents, occupancy and expenditures.
• Oversee resident retention, renewals and leasing programs to maximize occupancy.
• Oversee resident relations, including calls, requests and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company policy and local regulations.
• Manage, train and counsel onsite staff effectively.
• Oversee leasing paperwork and service requests completion.
• Analyze monthly performance and budgets; discuss strategies with Regional Property Manager.
• Prepare annual asset business plans and budget forecasts; maintain lease file policy.
• Handle all leasing paperwork reviews and proofing; perform additional duties as assigned.
