Job summary

Valiant Residential seeks a Lead Maintenance to oversee property upkeep under the Community Manager. Responsibilities include repairs in resident units and make-ready preparation, plus supervising subcontractors and coordinating work orders.

Qualified candidates will have at least two years in apartment maintenance, English communication skills, EPA certification, and a valid driver's license. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus; travel within metro areas may be required.

Qualifications

• Two years of full-time apartment maintenance or related trade experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests within 24 hours.
• Perform HVAC repairs and light electrical/plumbing tasks as needed.
• Carry out make-ready tasks to prepare units for occupancy.
• Maintain and repair plumbing, carpentry, painting, and other basic systems.
• Supervise subcontractors and coordinate with the Community Manager.
• Train and supervise junior maintenance staff and manage work orders.
