Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician to perform repairs, conduct preventative maintenance, and oversee make-ready tasks for vacant units. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and resident-facing service.

You will diagnose issues, repair or replace components, inspect common areas, and coordinate with vendors while maintaining inventory and tools. A High school diploma or GED is required, with hands-on maintenance experience preferred.

Qualificações

• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively with residents and team.
• Proficiency in customer service and interpersonal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair defects from resident requests following safety standards.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant units and schedule work with vendors.
• Set cleanliness and appearance standards for grounds, exteriors, units and common areas.
• Inspect work and ensure contractor quality and adherence to specs.
• Manage inventory and coordinate supplies within budget.
