Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead deployment of RapidDeploy products for strategic, high‑complexity customers. You will partner with client stakeholders and internal teams to ensure smooth go‑live, with remote work and regional travel supporting West region initiatives.

You’ll guide scope, risks, and schedules while translating customer needs into actionable deployments, training, onboarding, and documentation for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading complex tech projects for clients.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent customer implementations.
• Experience coordinating with product, engineering, QA and success teams.
• Experience creating and managing project schedules with dependencies.
• Understanding of Waterfall and Agile project methodologies.
• Experience using modern project management tools.
• Experience with Enterprise SaaS deployments.
• Public Safety software deployment knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage implementation projects for large strategic customers.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders and internal teams.
• Proactively manage scope, schedule, risks and issues.
• Develop understanding of RapidDeploy products for deployment, training and onboarding.
• Configure RapidDeploy products to customer needs.
• Create documentation and presentations for internal and external use.
• Contribute to RFP responses, SOW creation and sales activities.
• Support Product Management with feedback and feature requests.
