SSOE Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Industrial Facilities Design team in Nashville, TN. You will lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale industrial and advanced manufacturing facilities from concept through startup, directing multidisciplinary architecture and engineering teams to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality goals.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.
- 8+ years of experience in the design industry with 5+ years as a Project Manager.
- Experience leading major capital industrial projects and familiarity with automotive plants.
Responsibilities
- Provide executive leadership for multidisciplinary project teams from planning through completion.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and strategic stakeholders.
- Develop project execution plans, resource strategies, and delivery approaches.
- Align scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk management objectives.
- Travel as necessary for client and project engagement.
