Job summary

SSOE is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Industrial Facilities Design team in a hybrid work arrangement. You will lead multi-discipline projects, manage client relationships, and ensure projects meet scope, budget, and schedule targets while upholding quality standards.

The role requires 10+ years in design with 5 years as PM, a relevant engineering/architecture background, and PMP experience is preferred. Ownership opportunities and a strong benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture, or 8+ years in lieu of a degree.
• At least 10 years in the design industry, with 5 years as a Project Manager.
• Experience designing major capital industrial projects in an engineering/architecture firm.
• Contract management, pre-design, pre-construction, renovations, and construction administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline projects across all phases, fostering team development and performance.
• Manage client relationships and be primary contact for project delivery.
• Define scope, develop plans, allocate resources to fit project needs.
• Deliver projects on budget, scope, and schedule per the plan.
• Oversee cost, schedule, quality, and contractual compliance; mitigate risks.
